CVL have contributed to the Planting Fruit Trees in Africa campaign. In three months from January to March we have planted 20 fruit trees in Malawi Africa.

CVL has achieved star fundraiser status with corporate charity, St Gemma’s Hospice.

To help raise money for the charity each year, CVL participate in an obstacle course challenge called, ‘It’s a Knockout’ competing against other companies in the local area. Over the last year, CVL has managed to raise a staggering £3,375 for St Gemma’s and raised £3,091 for the charity the previous year.

After raising the highest amount of money by a single team in the event, CVL has been awarded the Star Fundraiser Award. The award is proudly displayed in the foyer of its main offices.

St Gemma’s Hospice based in Leeds, provides care and support for people with life threatening illnesses and their families.

As well as competing in challenges, employees at CVL participate in raffles, bake sales and dress down days all in aid of supporting and raising money for the Hospice. Every Christmas, the company sends out E-Cards to its clients instead of sending paper cards, donating £500 to the Hospice.
